I’ve currently got a problem, from the united kingdom (which is prohibited from the site) but I’m in Switzerland currently on holiday and I have been for a while and I will continue to be for a while. I won a decent amount 0.58ETH (playing in Switzerland) but I cannot pass kyc due to my uk documents. I spoke to their online team who said I was able to play from any region that’s not restricted if I’m at that location currently. I’m awaiting a response from management on if I can get verified some other way to be able to get my withdrawal, if I’m honest this site is legit and is clearly trying to help me here. I do hope they can process the withdrawals as they are via crypto and I’ve depsoited quite a lot. The live chat team is really nice also.
