Just because you had this experience doesn't mean that casinos have to be sisters or related. From what I have seen in our system they have no relationship at all, so the fact that you have observed something like this is not relevant to your question. Maybe it would be a question directly to support why this is so, so you can try it. What do you say?

Hello, I deposited money into my megapari account this morning.the transaction was rejected and there was no refund. It has happened severally and everytime I complain but no response is offered. Why would you reject a transaction and fail to refund the money?

Hi, is the deposit rejected by the casino or the payment provider? What payment method do you use for the deposit? Obviously I would try asking the provider first because if the casino does not accept the deposit how can they refund it back to you? I guess I don't understand a bit.

Or do you mean that you try to withdraw money and the casino cancels the withdrawal and the money is not returned to your player account?

I sent money to my megapari account, it was deducted from service provider but it didn't reflect in my megapari account. Instead,this is the response 'Deposit transaction in the amount of 250.00 KES via epayment rejected by operator!'

This could be the problem between the casino provider and yours. I believe it is important to check your transactions on your end to see whether the money has made it back to your banking or payment account. It would not surely hurt asking your payment provider what went wrong. I'd say the company should be able to check the recipient's acceptance. How does that sound to you? In any case, I would double check with the casino support what payment option they recommend to players from your country. Just in case.

I confirmed and even contacted the provider and they said the transaction was done. It is not the first time this is happening, actually it's fourth time and every time I complain and no response is offered both on WhatsApp and email

Hi, this is quite an unpleasant situation. Any deposits you made before were successful or not? Did you also contact the payment provider about this problem and hence the money was not returned to your normal bank account? 

I saw that you managed to open a complaint, so our team will try to help you and the casino promptly replied that they are investigating the whole problem, so hopefully it will be solved.

hi Megapari allows deposit but blocked my withdrawal method with bank when I tried withdrawing with same method they keep citing technical error but refuse to open withdrawals for me to withdraw just 300 euros won is this how they treat their customers trying to stall them them

Hi, I saw that you have already opened a complaint, so I believe we will be able to help you somehow. 

However, have you tried to ask why they didn't let you withdraw or if they have an alternative for you? I would expect that to be the answer to the technical problems with the bank transfer.

I've tried everything I'm tired they dont wanna give me my money I contacted support i spoke extensively with different support and they assured me I can unlock like crypto withdrawal by depositing and wagering at least 1.1x with a new deposit and I would be able to withdraw I did just that and wagered yet I can't still withdraw I contacted them again they didn't respond I called customer support on phone he said he'll call me back. cut the call and didn't call me back they are just trying to stall me in hopes I'll lose my winnings again and not pay out

I understand your frustration, but sometimes it's best to be a little patient and wait. You have an open mind that will also try to help you if things don't go your way and the casino won't say anything more. 

But definitely don't do anything with the money and leave it in the player's account and don't play anymore. Until this situation is resolved, I would do nothing except inquire at the casino. Try to give them some time to see if they can solve these technical problems and then we will see.

Hi, I have an issue with the casino.

First, they are refusing to give me the bonuses and cashbacks they offer. They find several excuses.

Second, I keep e-mailing them to close my account and they keep playing with me. Asking documents that I provided, then offered me a bonus that I refused to take.

They just play with me finding many excuses, telling me every day that tomorrow it will be resolved etc.

Hey, I find this quite strange I would say. If they don't give you a bonus you are entitled to that's one thing, but unfortunately casinos don't have to offer bonuses to players and it's purely up to their discretion who can take them and who can't. 

On the other hand, if you want to close your account and they offer you a bonus to stay, that doesn't make sense to me. How long have you been trying to close the account? If they need some documents from you, I would cooperate, but if you have already sent them and still nothing happens, that's probably not right either. 

So if you don't know what to do next and want to close the account, you can open a complaint with us and we'll try to help.

I have been trying to close my account for a week after i realised they are just playing with me.

One day they answer by ''Are you sure you want to decline the bonus?''. I reply yes, close it now!

The next day they offer again a bonus that I decline and for some reason they ask for documents to close my account.

And then keep offering a bonus that I never get and and so goes on.. I feel manipulated and abused.

That is not right and I understand when a player want to close account that one time they try to convince him somehow with the bonus. But if he refused and they insist that is not how it should be.

So we will wait for some progress. ??
