I am attaching some of their answers from the e-mails they sent me. They are just wasting my time as you can see and they don't close my account or giving any bonuses. Just to clarify, all my details are filled in as well I have provided the id they asked me.

It's a thing happening for many days now, they are finding new excuses every day. There are no details to fill in, there are no restrictions (they let me deposit/withdraw), there are no technical issues or whatever they find!!

THIS IS A NIGHTMARE! Basically there is nothing to fill in, just your full name and your e-mail/phone that you have already given when you registered. However they lie about declining the bonuses for that reason. Or the other reasons they find.

Thanks for the reply but I think this is something that would be more appropriate to put it for Tomas in a complaint. Maybe not every screenshot would be necessary, but the important ones about closing the account, because that is the point. 

Anyway, I saw that they explained to you why you didn't get the bonus. You say it's not because of that. Did you have everything filled in as requested at the time when it should have been done in order to get the bonus?

This is a scam website, they hacked my money. I played this website with a trial mentality, recharged 300u, and won 700u. I thought I was lucky, so I applied for withdrawal. Then misfortune came, and the platform asked me to provide a series of documents to prove my identity. I provided them all as required, but in the end, they sent me an email saying they wanted to close my account and confiscate my balance. Since then, I have been unable to log in to my account. This is my worst gaming experience. I have never seen a website dare to blatantly block users' money, but this platform is like that. They have no bottom line, no credit, and they don't want users to win money. I don't know why they can continue to operate, don't they have legal and third-party regulatory authorities?

Did they explain the reason for doing this, though?
