I would always recommend contacting the casino in case of any unpleasantness, even of this nature. There is nothing to worry about because the more you wait, the worse it can be in the future.

Once documents were put in I pretty sure I was verified within 24 hours but it was a while ago now but I'm sure it wasn't to long and the great thing is, once that was done I was good to go and haven't had any issues. As for game providers literally there all really good and play really well I like the pragmatic, hacksaws and pg softs but all providers play really well and seem to be the best versions of the games available, set to a good rtp. This is what makes mystake a cut above, in my view. Have had some great wins from time to time. Highly recommend ??

No I don't think they can change it as and when, but they have a choice to take the game at a higher or slightly lower rtp and in my experience there usually set to the best rtp available, plus there's slightly different versions of each game (in the way they play) and again in my experience it's usually the best version.
