No its not the worst experience! But the casino should be more responsible and give better answers to the customers! Also in my opinion it is bad when they say the withdrawals are completed in 3 business days time and then they give you excuses that they are sorry about delays! They should be more responsible and give you at least a timeframe that you will receive the payments like in 15 days for example! Because when you ask them "when i will receive my money" they cannot give you a reliable answer! Overall at least they pay you

I completely agree with you here. They should be able to explain the matter better, without any excuse. Even though, there can be some obstacle, which can occur during those 3 days they say, right? As far as they are able to explain it, it can be understood, in my opinion. Hopefully you will get your money soon.??
