I would avoid this casino at all costs.


I deposited €50 and got a similar bonus.


I played the African King game and got up to €2000, I then look at the bonus section and realise that I need to wager the bonus in order to clear the target wager requirements for it to no long be a bonus. I did this and still managed to get to €2000 and it went into my real money.


I checked my account today and the €2000 had gone down to €250, I contacted support and got a reply saying about that it does not count anymore as they would take away x5 winnings from my bonus before I was able to withdraw. How the hell does this makes sense a casino?? I literally won the money, I cleared the bonus wagering requirements and played with what I had left and still came away with €2k but now they decided to take it away from me and lower it to €250.


Can anyone shed light on this please?

Hello, in the casino I found such terms to bonuses:

"All winnings received while wagering Bonus are limited to a maximum cashout amount of 5 times bonus granted. Any exceeded balance will be voided prior to money withdrawal."

I think it is clearly written that you can withdraw a maximum of 5x from the bonuses. They even have it written again in the bonus terms at the very end. 

It's also a downside of bonuses that quite often they are subject to a maximum cashout and therefore it's up to the players themselves to inform themselves whether the bonus is worth taking or not. In this case, I would say that the casino was just sticking to their terms and I don't see anything wrong with that, although I understand that after such wagering requirements, the player would probably expect to be able to withdraw more.

Dear Rolino, why have you seized all my money and closed my account without any evidence? You delayed my payout day by day, claiming everything was fine, and then suddenly cited some of your rules and confiscated all my money—both my winnings and my deposit. I wouldn't say it is the best idea though, to buy some. It is prohibited in most of the casinos, and there is a huge possibility it can easily be detected nowadays, you know.???♀?

No warning, no opportunity to defend myself – just instant account closure and €3,500 stolen. If you value your money, stay away from this casino. You risk losing everything without cause.

My issue is entirely related to sports betting on Rollino Casino. I’ve been a regular bettor there for over two months, always following the same betting pattern: placing larger stakes on low odds (1.20 to 1.30) and smaller amounts on odds closer to 2.00. During this time, there were no issues, especially since I had some losses, which I assume kept me off their radar.

In fact, while I was losing, they constantly contacted me as a VIP, offering promotions, calling me, and sending emails to encourage me to deposit more. I was told I was a valued player and received frequent bonus offers.

However, in the last couple of weeks, I began winning more consistently. When I attempted to withdraw €500, they immediately closed my account and claimed I was involved in arbitrage or value betting, seizing €3,500 of my legitimate winnings with no proof or transparency.

This action felt completely unfair — just days earlier, they were treating me as a VIP with offers and communication, then suddenly everything changed when I tried to withdraw.

I’ve submitted formal complaints to Cura?ao GCB and Neteller and provided them with all relevant evidence.

I believe this behavior is unacceptable, and I will continue to share my experience widely to ensure that other players are aware of these tactics and can avoid similar mistreatment.

I have made numerous deposits into this casino my account is fully verified I wagered x5 my balance and have won 5300 euros. So did you loose the 400 by placing bets or you lost it trying to withdraw I have sent them emails for kyc verification of my cards yesterday I contacted live chat they said I should receive a response by Monday if this is not sorted I only have one option to go through my bank.
