STAY AWAY FROM SLOTSVENTURA AT ALL COSTS! I had a $5 no deposit bonus for registering. It was a 60x playthrough ($300) and I completed it with $240 left in my account. As soon as the playthrough was done it said "congratulations" then my balance went to zero. I went to customer support prior to starting the bonus playthrough to see what the terms were. All they said was look at the terms and conditions on the page. I then went back after I was done to see where my winnings went and they spent 30 minutes circling there answers saying "please wait your time is valuable to us." They then said we’ve forwarded your case to a relevant department. It’s been 4 days now and I still haven’t heard anything regarding my winnings. Everytime I go back they tell me to patiently wait for 15 minutes just to say it’s forwarded to relevant department. DO NOT USE ANY BONUSES FRON THIS CASINO. How they just made my balance go to zero like that is EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

Hello there. To tell you the truth, from our experience here, it may take a few days, but sometimes even few weeks to get everything checked. Especially if they are suspicious about some violations and the game provider needs to be dragged into all the investigations, as I could call it. I am surely not saying that this is your case, nor that you have violated some rules, of course. Even a slight suspicion has to be checked, though.
