Hi . I submitted a complaint here about spin247. The first time they tried to rip me off and telling me that my identification card wasn't mine my name was wrong and they need to get another document from after I sent over 100 . It boiled down to submitting my complaint with you guys and won my case, I am ever so greatful for . Thank you.

Now I have another problem with them again and it's about my identification card again repeating the same things like last time. I won 840$ on Saturday October 9th. It's still pending. They told me that I should receive soon then I asked about it on the 11th and 12th got the runaround I have to go through another KYC check. No I won't I'm fed up . Constantly treating there players like there insignificant. I submitted my complaint with you guys and you helped me last time that's why I came back . I appreciate the help I got and it's nice to know that there are people that care and want to help . Thank you.
