Well, now I got an email from Spin 247 yesterday, where they actually claim I would not get in touch and based on this they assume that this has been done for me.

But that's not true. I always replied immediately and sent everything they needed. For me it looks like this casino doesn't want to pay out at all and therefore always invent something new.

A big mess. Is that how you deal with customers who also pay in? That’s a criminal. And the live support still doesn't work. But they don't understand that either.

Das stimmt aber nicht. Ich habe immer sofort geantwortet und alles geschickt was sie brauchten. Für mich sieht das so aus da? dieses Casino gar nicht auszahlen m?chte und deshalb immer etwas neues erfinden.

Eine gro?e Sauerei. Geht man so mit Kunden um die auch noch einzahlen? Das ist schon Kriminell. Und der Live Support funktioniert immer noch nicht. Aber das verstehen sie auch nicht.

Hi . I submitted a complaint here about spin247. The first time they tried to rip me off and telling me that my identification card wasn't mine my name was wrong and they need to get another document from after I sent over 100 . It boiled down to submitting my complaint with you guys and won my case, I am ever so greatful for . Thank you.

Now I have another problem with them again and it's about my identification card again repeating the same things like last time. I won 840$ on Saturday October 9th. It's still pending. They told me that I should receive soon then I asked about it on the 11th and 12th got the runaround I have to go through another KYC check. No I won't I'm fed up . Constantly treating there players like there insignificant. I submitted my complaint with you guys and you helped me last time that's why I came back . I appreciate the help I got and it's nice to know that there are people that care and want to help . Thank you.
