Do they ever respond to you when you contact them? Live chat is quick but AI I think and they don’t answer emails.

Unfortunately, as you can see here, we have many complaints running for this casino right now, and the casino is not very responsive. I just hope that the situation will change soon and they solve them all.

Otherwise their safety index, which is already pretty low, will go even lower then. ???♀?

No problem, when you look at other sites it does appear that they process the withdrawal but anything from 6-10 business days. Very slow but as long as it comes back it doesn’t really matter. Mine is only low value £270, £110 profit. I think I some are much higher than that online.

Agreed, I haven’t taken any bonus so hoping that helps when paying out. It’s hard to tell if anyone does get paid out as a few state they have done but others have either cancelled withdrawals and played until it’s zero or haven’t updated anything.

If so, there is no way they should reopen it for you.

There is a way you can block yourself from their site by asking someone close to you whom you can trust to set up a new password for their site and never tell you what it was.
