Hey, based on what you wrote, it would probably be wisest to file a complaint. However, it would also be advisable if it didn't end up like almost all of yours, which is that you stop replying to our team.
As far as the casino itself is concerned, you were allowed to register and play here even though they don't accept Spaniards ? Did you also tell the casino that you're a gambling addict? Were you able to reopen your account there?
If so, I probably wouldn't have waited with the complaint and would have gone for it.
