Isn't it possible that the internet providers block the site once they see you managed to access it? We also have issues with Wazamba here in the Czech republic. I can reach the website, but others from the same country say that it's not possible for them.

In the long perspective, any casino always wins.

If I get it correctly, you have been losing for a long period so you may think the longer you try to play some portion of money lost back, the bigger the chances are. It does not work this way.

Even though sometimes there is a situation where slots are rigged or due to some sort of technical glitches special features are not triggered when they should, these cases are pretty rare, I'd say. Have no clue how to say this more kindly - I think you run out of luck.

These people are a waste of time, They promise a 100% bonus if you deposit but it seems all fake because you don't get it and you can't claim it anywhere.

You are able to deposit but you can't withdraw. I tried to get their support team to help me withdraw my hard won earnings but they seem useless and not willing to help.


Don't know but something needs to be done about this casino because what they doing ain't fair to the people.

so at first, you did not get the deposit bonus and then you can't withdraw? This casino should be a truly fair place to place to play, hence I would assume that you got some explanation, did you?

I check the deposit bonuses available to players from your country and find that payments made by Skrill and Neteller are excluded. Which payment option did you use, please, should this be the problem?

How exactly did you find the support useless? What seems to be the issue with your withdrawal and when did you submit it?

The withdrawal was submitted last week Monday on 31st October through EFT Payment. The process just tells you error whenever you finish submitting without any specific reasons why there's an error.

I contacted the support on the same day about the issue but they were no help at all. All they said is that they would pass on the case to the finance department and they should get back at me. Both have been ghost and no contact at all about progress regarding the issue.

I feel you...I believe you should contact them every second day and ask about the progress of your case. It's been 11 days so they Finance department should know something. Just make sure you don't lose your winnings before you manage to withdraw it.
