This is quite a typical behaviour whenever we close someone's complaint as unjustified. They start accusing us from cooperating with the casino, having some secret deals with them, being liars etc.

We have almost 4000 casinos in our database and we're registered in hundreds of affiliate systems. Thus we're not dependent on income coming from Slots Empire. It's been a week since one casino closed our affiliate account and stopped paying the commission just because we decided in favour of a player and they didn't agree with it. We're not afraid to do such decisions even though it can damage our relationship with the casino.

Your case is quite unique. Most of players submit complaints, because they won some money and a casino refuses to send them the winnings (for any reason). You complain, because the casino doesn't allow you to spend money there anymore. I'm not even responsible for dealing with complaints. Even though your complaint was already closed as unjustified, I contacted the casino representative on my own.

They sent me an evidence proving that closing the complaint as unjustified was correct. First of all, you created 2 accounts in the casino, which already means a breach of their terms and conditions - this is what I see on the screenshots from their internal system. You used similar nicknames to the 2nd account you created on this forum - Djcent so both of the accounts clearly belong to you.

In fact, they didn't restrict the payments on your account because of that. The payments were restricted, because they use services of an external company that deals with payment and fraud analysis. This company informed them about all accounts you have across RTG sites and recommended them to restrict your account due to history on the other accounts (I have screenshots of this as well). We can't blame the casino for following recommendations of an external institution they cooperate with in order to help them to protect their business and keep it safe. I believe we'd do the same being in their position. It simply makes sense and they have right to do it.

You can call us however you want. Whatever we say or do, you call us liars. I have screenshots that the casino isn't willing to share with you due to their own security reasons. The screenshots prove their claims. It clearly shows all of your accounts around RTG sites and their "status". If you don't like it, contact their licensing authority.

The only liar is you. You pretended to communicate here with another player Djcent who turned out to be your 2nd account and this is exactly what you did in the casino. Creating multiple accounts using a similar username.

I'm just pissed off because we wasted so much time on your case just to make sure that the decision was right and all you do is calling us liars. We should dedicate the time to another case instead where the player was actually cheated by a casino or unfair terms and conditions were used against them.

Your case is crystal clear. There's nothing to discuss anymore.
