Ber?ttade hela tiden ta 5-7 dagar men inte deras fel om ?ver 7 dagar. F?r n?rvarande v?ntar 16 och 14 dagar.
kontaktade fr?n ekonomiavdelningen och fr?gade om ?terkrav hade gjorts, bekr?ftade att det inte hade gjort det och inget svar fr?n dem. Kontot ?r verifierat.

emails received saying will be processed within 72 hours (1st withdrawal) and 5-7 days (second withdrawal), still show as pending and various excuses for the delay. Several times it has been due to casino software update which has caused delays in some withdrawals being processed, told this via chat this morning and then email an hour or so later is due payment provided having accounts audited. Told all the time take 5-7 days but not their fault if over 7 days. Currently waiting 16 and 14 days.
contacted from finance department querying whether chargeback had been put in, confirmed no it hadn’t and no response from them. Account is verified.
