Jag har tidigare sj?lv exkluderat mitt konto fr?n Slothub f?r alltid via deras hemsida och onlinechatt f?r m?nader och m?nader sedan och jag t?nkte ingenting p? det.
F?r n?gra veckor sedan fick jag ett meddelande fr?n en av deras representanter via appen Telegram. Jag skickade inte ett meddelande till dem f?rst, jag har aldrig haft n?gra kontakter med den h?r personen tidigare och jag har aldrig anv?nt appen tidigare, vilket kan ses av sk?rmdumpen. De representanter f?r Slothub kontaktade mig och sa att de kunde ?ppna ett konto med mitt mobilnummer och erbjuda en hel del. De ?ppnade kontot och alla mina uppgifter var redan inl?mnade f?r alla formul?r, vilket jag ocks? tycker ?r extremt konstigt.
N?r de senare tillfr?gades om hur de fick min information s?ger de "Vi fick din kontaktinformation n?r du l?mnade den till en av v?ra partnerwebbplatser eller tj?nster, som du gick med p? att kunde delas i marknadsf?ringssyfte."
Jag gjorde inget s?dant.
Jag tittade nyligen p? n?gra forum h?r med Morespin och s?g en l?nk mellan de tv? och mitt konto hos Morespin var fortfarande ?ppet, ?ven vid denna tidpunkt st?ngde de inte heller mitt konto med Slothub n?r jag n?mnde att det var st?ngt och har en p?g?ende klagom?l hos dem. Jag kontaktade Morespin och fr?gade dem varf?r de skickade mina data till Slothub som de nekade till. N?gra ?gonblick senare blev jag blockerad fr?n b?de Slothub och Morespin.
Jag tror att det finns en l?nk, ?ven om de uppger att det inte finns det, mellan Slothub och Morespin eftersom det ?r det enda s?ttet som min information skulle ha skickats ?ver som anges i deras onlinechatt.
Det finns n?gra resultat jag vill ta reda p?:
1. Vem ?r Slothubs partner som de uppger i onlinechatten?
2. N?r/Var/Hur/Varf?r skickades min data ?ver fr?n deras partnerwebbplats till Slothub utan mitt medgivande eftersom detta ?r ett brott mot dataskyddet eftersom jag inte gick med p? detta.
3. Varf?r ?ppnades mitt konto p? nytt hos Slothub efter att jag hade beg?rt att det skulle st?ngas tidigare f?r en sj?lvuteslutning p? grund av ett spelproblem och fick g?ra en ins?ttning igen?
4. Varf?r ignoreras nu alla mina e-postmeddelanden till Slothub/Morespin om det h?r problemet?
All hj?lp skulle vara mycket uppskattad.

Hello,
I previously self excluded my account from Slothub forever via their website and online chat months and months ago and I thought nothing of it.
A few weeks ago then I received a message from one of their representative's via the app Telegram. I didn't message them first, I never had any dealings with this person previously and I have never used the app before as can be seen by the screenshot provided. They representative of Slothub contacted me saying they could open an account with my mobile number and offer a great deal. They opened the account and all my details were already submitted for all the forms which I find extremely strange also.
When questioned later about how they received my information they state "We obtained your contact information when you provided it to one of our partner websites or services, which you agreed could be shared shared for marketing purposes."
I did no such thing.
I recently looked on to a few forums here with Morespin and seen a link between the two and my account with Morespin was still open also at this time they also did not close my account with Slothub when I mentioned it to be closed and have an ongoing complaint with them. I contacted Morespin and asked them why did they send my data across to Slothub to which they denied it. A few moments later I was blocked from both Slothub and Morespin.
I believe there is a link, even though they state there isn't, between Slothub and Morespin as that's the only way my information would have been sent across as stated in their online chat.
There's a few outcomes I want to find out:
1. Who is Slothubs partner as they state in the online chat?
2. When/Where/How/Why was my data sent across from their partner site to Slothub without my consent as this is a breach of data protection because I didn't agree to this.
3. Why was my account reopened with Slothub after I had requested it to be closed previously for a self exclusion due to a gambling problem and allowed to deposit again?
4. Why are all my emails now being ignored to Slothub/Morespin about this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
