The go-to compliance partner for online gambling businesses, BetComply, strengthened its senior-level team with a new appointment.

On Tuesday, the company confirmed it hired Paola Menchem, an industry veteran with extensive experience, to the role of Head of Legal and Regulatory Compliance.

As the position of the new executive suggests, she will closely monitor BetComply's legal and regulatory compliance services.

Leveraging extensive experience, Menchem will be in charge of strategic legal functions, among other important processes.

Additional responsibilities she will be tasked with include due diligence, intellectual property, commercial structuring and other vital services for BetComply.

Founded in 2023, the company is currently a leading compliance expert that provides guidance and helps iGaming businesses navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

The executive brings solid experience

BetComply's Head of Legal and Regulatory Compliance shared her excitement in a press release.

Throughout her professional tenure, she held a number of important senior-level legal roles within the gambling sector.

For more than 17 years, she was employed by Intralot, the globally recognizable Greek company that provides integrated gambling, game content, sports betting management solutions, as well as transaction processing systems.

During that time, Menachem held the strategic role of Corporate Counsel.

Undoubtedly, her extensive legal experience and skillset accumulated through years of hard work are going to help her in the new role of Head of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at BetComply.
