Earlier this week, the company announced it reached a major milestone after securing its first regulatory approval in the United States.

BETER can now grow the reach of its products in New Jersey, considering that it secured vendor registration approval from the state's gambling regulator, the Division of Gaming Enforcement.

Thanks to this achievement, the company can now roll out its real-time data and live streams, powering licensed gambling operators across the state.

Undoubtedly, the latest achievement represents a major milestone as it complements BETER's growth and, at the same tim,e marks the company's debut in the United States.

Valeriia Tarchynska, BETER's Chief Legal Officer, spoke about the importance of the company's debut in the United States, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.

"Securing our first U.S. approval marks a significant legal and operational achievement for BETER. Our legal team, in close collaboration with our trusted partner, the law firm Blank Rome, worked tirelessly with the New Jersey DGE to bring this to life," she revealed.

Tarchynska highlighted BETER's plans to continue growing its presence in New Jersey and across the country with the certification of its ESportsBattle product.

Finally, the executive said that BETER will also focus on entering important markets, including Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina and Colorado.

Gal Ehrlich, BETER's CEO, was similarly excited and added: "This is a milestone moment for the BETER team, as we see tremendous potential for our fast betting products and solutions in New Jersey and across the U.S."
