The company has announced the appointment of Frankie Dettori, the globally recognizable jockey with decades of experience, to the role of Global Racing Ambassador.

The latest announcement comes on the heels of a strategic move that saw Stake withdraw from the market in the UK.

Back in February, the company announced it had taken the "strategic decision in mutual agreement with TGP Europe to exit white-label agreements," retaining its focus on other regulated markets such as Brazil and Italy.

Dettori's career in horse racing spans nearly 40 years

Stake's newest Global Racing Ambassador has a career that spans close to four decades.

Throughout his professional career, Dettori has ridden some of the most popular and beloved horse races of all time, including Golden Horn, Enable, Stradivarius and Dubai Millennium, among others.

Recognizing his extensive racing career and accomplishments, a statue has been erected at Ascot where Dettori famously won all of the races on the card during the British Festival of Racing.

Undoubtedly, the extensive career, unique experience and globally recognizable status make Dettori a perfect match for the Global Racing Ambassador role at Stake.
