The upcoming MARE BALTICUM Gaming & Tech Summit 2025 has revealed even more interesting information about the gathering that is due to take place on May 27-28 in Vilnius, Lithuania, with the networking events and stage themes now confirmed.

HIPTHER has made it its signature style to create out-of-the-box networking events that break the ice and allow stakeholders to mingle freely and participate in meaningful and mutually-beneficial discussions and off-the-record and fireside chats.

The gathering has been split into three distinct days with various activities planned for each day.

Day 0 (May 26): The Welcome Meet

An informal kick-off at Piano Man Bar will take place when people arrive with the event taking place between 18:00 and 22:00 local time.

Day 1 (May 27): Evening Social Gathering & BSG Awards Ceremony

During the first official conference evening, the networking opportunities will continue at Jazz Cellar 11, one of Vilnius’ most atmospheric live music venues. The event kicks off at 19:45 and will continue well into the night, and also features the 2025 BSG Awards Ceremony, which will honor excellence across the Baltic and Scandinavian gaming sectors.

Day 2 (May 28): Closing Party

The final day of the event will also be accompanied by networking opportunities, and the Closing Party at Invino Vilnius, which is another refined venue that will spark conversations and allow participants to continue their discussions and business discussions in a relaxed and pressure-free environment.

Besides these networking details, there is much to be seen at the event itself, including the seminal HIPTHER Academy Workshops, which include the Compliance & Operations Lab and the TechExperience Stage, which will bring together thought leaders and industry pioneers, allowing them to engage across various topics such as esports, Fintech, Blockchain, AI, and iGaming.
