Iskreno mi je ?ao, ali po?to vi?e od 2 sedmice nismo dobili nikakav odgovor od kazina u vezi s ovim problemom, ni izvan ove slu?bene ?albe, ne mo?emo nastaviti rje?avanje ove ?albe i primorani smo je zatvoriti kao 'nerije?enu', ?to ?e uti?u na rejting kazina na negativan na?in.
Iskreno se nadam da se vi?e ne?ete susresti sa ovakvim problemom.
Kazino mo?e ponovo otvoriti ovu ?albu bilo kada.

I am truly sorry but since we have not received any response from the casino regarding the issue for more than 2 weeks, neither outside this official complaint, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
I sincerely hope you will not come across a problem like this again.
