I've played at this casino and I must say, I feel very bad about it. Pure deception. Initially, I deposited 300 Euros and managed to win up to 2000 Euros. Since I'm always a raw player, I'm not too concerned about bonus conditions and such. When I wanted to cash out, which took an inordinately long time, I received an email after 5 days stating that I had violated the Terms and Conditions. These apparently stipulate that the maximum bet is 20 Euros per spin (which is correct) and maximum feature purchase is 20 Euros (which is not mentioned), so technically I didn't violate anything. I contacted customer service via the Live Chat feature, during which an assistant confirmed that you are allowed to make as many feature purchases as desired. I must say, I feel deeply deceived and am left unsure of how to proceed as they have informed me that they've taken the money away and have returned my initial deposit (the 300 Euros) ‘a(chǎn)s a gesture of goodwill’.

ich hatte bei diesem Casino gespielt und mir wird schlecht muss ich sagen. Abzocke pur. Ich habe am Anfang 300Euro eingezahlt und habe mich hochgespielt auf 2000Euro. Da ich immer ein raw Spieler bin mache ich mir natürlich keine Sorgen um die Bonus Bedingungen oder sowas. Als ich auszahlen wollte was erstmal sehr lange gedauert hat habe ich nach 5 Tagen ein email bekommen wo drin stand ich h?tte gegen die AGBs versto?en. Dort soll anscheinend drin stehen max bet 20 Euro pro Spin ( dies stimmt auch) und Max 20euro Feature Buy ( das steht dort nicht drin) also ist es legal. Ich bin dann in den Live Chat gegangen wo diese Dame mir dies best?tigt hat dass man Feature Bums so oft und soviele machen kann wie man m?chte. Ich fühle mich zu tiefst Vera…… und frage mich was ich machen soll da sie mir geschrieben haben dass sie das Geld abgezogen haben und mir aus Kulanz meinen Einzahlungsbetrag wieder geben ( die 300 Euro)
