Nakon ?to su im poslali 20 dokumenata, potvrdili su moj identitet i adresu, ali ?ele jo? jedan dokument zbog virtuelne kartice koju sam ubacio novac na sajt. After sending them 20 documents, they confirmed my identity and address, but they want another document because of the virtual card I loaded money to the site. For this document, I sent many screenshots from my SKRILL account and transaction statements indicating that the card belongs to me, but what they want is a card ownership document received by the SKRILL platform. SKRILL customer service does not work and I cannot provide this document, but they did not accept any of the many screenshots I sent to BETOVO (their site says that screenshots are accepted). The statements I sent them show the money I deposited to their company.I talk to the site almost every day and provide them with more documents every day but they still ask for the same documents to make the process difficult.
