Hello everyone! I won €10,000 at VulkanVegas a week ago! I wanted to have this paid out, unfortunately the payout was rejected. Then I wanted to have it paid out again and then I was told my account needed to be verified. But that was it 3 years ago. Well, I uploaded the documents again, they were rejected and my payout was also rejected again. I uploaded the documents again and they are now being processed again. Since I have to enter the payout again, I could no longer enter 10,000 but only 5,000, then wanted to enter another one, which only went over 3,000... this has been going on for a week now... Hallo an alle! Ich habe bei VulkanVegas vor einer Woche 10.000 € gewonnen! Ich wollte mir diese auszahlen lassen, leider wurde die Auszahlung abgelehnt. Dann wollte ich mir die erneut auszahlen lassen und dann kam der Hinweis mein Konto müsste verifiziert werden. Das war es aber schon vor 3 Jahren.. Naja habe erneut die Unterlagen hochgeladen, diese wurden abgelehnt und meine Auszahlung wurde auch wieder abgelehnt. Habe nochmal Unterlagen hochgeladen und dass ist jetzt wieder in Bearbeitung. Da ich die Auszahlung erneut eingeben muss, konnte ich keine 10.000 mehr eingeben sondern nur 5.000, wollte dann noch eine eingeben, die ging nur über 3.000... das geht jetzt seit einer Woche so... Was kann ich tun? Ich m?chte ja auch meinen Gewinn haben! Viele Grü?e

It's nice that you won 10,000 euros. But just for your understanding. Just as the casino has no right to the lost money, which you can sue for if there is no license in the country where it is offered, you also have no right to a payout because Vulkan Vegas does not have a license in Germany . This means you have no chance of claiming any winnings.

Das ist sch?n, da? du 10.000 Euro gewonnen hast. Aber nur für dich zum Verst?ndnis. So wie das Casino kein Recht hat, auf das verlorene Geld , was du einklagen kannst, wenn keine Lizenz in dem Land vorliegt, wo es angeboten wird, so hast du auch kein Recht auf Auszahlung weil, keine Lizenz für Vulkan Vegas vorliegt, in Deutschland. Du hast somit keine Chance, Gewinne einzuklagen.

Hi, according to what you describe you must first complete a additional verification to be able to withdraw the money. Did the casino also say why your documents were rejected? I would like to point out that we give casinos 14 days to resolve such a situation and if nothing changes, then I would recommend that you file a complaint and our team will try to help you. Would it be possible to be a bit more patient and wait and see if your documents are rejected again or how the whole situation develops ?

Support doesn't answer me, but I uploaded something again and asked in the chat why I should keep doing this. All I get is the answer that they can't help me and that I should contact support... very funny. I already have it. Hello, I just saw that VulkanVegas is paying out my winnings. However: I couldn't apply for 10,000, but only once for €5,000 and once for €3,000. But suddenly I only had credit of €400. I asked in the chat where my €1,600 went. They replied that these were fees for the payout! I have chosen withdrawal with fees. But I haven't entered it anywhere and I've never paid any fees for a withdrawal. and then I was told in the chat that I had to wager my deposit twice. I won €10,000 with a €20 stake. What don't I understand now? I took screenshots of the chat history...
