My question is: why do so many casinos that have the same Antillephone license as you do not have all those territorial restrictions but only have a fraction of them? Are they violating the provider's license by providing games that you claim are banned for certain countries and they are not?

I've seen this a few times before, in other casinos, it happened because the payment provider was not able to process the withdrawal to that particular country. I would say that technically the country is restricted, but to let payers play, registration is possible, and if the player wins and wants to cash out, the country must be changed, so the player can actually withdrawn.

I have been playing on this site for almost a year and have had no issues until recent.
I have tried to make multiple withdrawals that get knocked back with an error message saying "insufficient account balance", even though on the withdrawal page it shows my balance "available for withdrawal".
i have contacted support about this multiple times and have been told its due to their anti-money laundering policies, and i have to wager my deposit atleast 1x over, which I understand.
I have more than 1x over my deposit and keep being told i need to wager more to withdraw, but after asking countless times they cannot tell me an amount i need to wager to "unlock" my withdrawal.
The support have told me 3 or 4 times "you need to wager 40usd more then you can withdraw", so I wager that plus some, and still no withdrawal.
What do I do? Am i being screwed?
