Zatra?io sam povla?enje kriptovalute pre oko 4 dana nakon ?to sam pro?ao kompletnu KYC proveru i ispunio sve zahteve. Umesto da obrade uplatu, vi?e puta su odbili povla?enje, tvrde?i da moram da po?aljem snimke ekrana nov?anika koji prikazuju ?informacije o vlasniku ra?una".
Problem je u slede?em: Koristio sam nekustodijalne nov?anike poput MetaMask i Electrum — i kao ?to svako ko je upoznat sa kriptovalutama zna, ti nov?anici ne prikazuju niti ?uvaju li?ne podatke. Tehni?ki je nemogu?e pru?iti ono ?to tra?e.
Pregledao sam njihove Uslove kori??enja i politiku spre?avanja pranja novca, i ovaj zahtev nije nigde naveden. Kada sam zamolio podr?ku da mi objasni odakle dolazi ovo pravilo, nisu mogli. Umesto toga, samo ponavljaju isti zahtev iznova i iznova i nestaju usred razgovora. ?ini mi se kao da namerno odugovla?e povla?enje sredstava dok ne odustanem.
Ve? sam podneo ?albu preko centra za ?albe www.kpvfaw.com-a i planiram da je prosledim drugim platformama (Casinomeister, Trustpilot, Reddit, itd.) ako se ovo uskoro ne re?i.
Samo upozorenje za ostale: budite oprezni sa Winz.io. Dodaju la?ne korake kako bi odugovla?ili isplate, a ?ak ni ne potkrepljuju svoje zahteve sopstvenom politikom.

I wanted to share my experience with Winz.io because what they’re doing is seriously shady.
I requested a crypto withdrawal about 4 days ago after passing full KYC and completing all the requirements. Instead of processing the payment, they’ve rejected the withdrawal multiple times, claiming I need to submit wallet screenshots showing "account holder information."
Here’s the issue: I used non-custodial wallets like MetaMask and Electrum — and as anyone familiar with crypto knows, those wallets don’t show or store personal details. It’s technically impossible to provide what they’re asking for.
I reviewed their Terms and AML policy, and this requirement isn’t listed anywhere. When I asked support to explain where this rule comes from, they couldn’t. Instead, they just repeat the same request over and over again and vanish mid-conversation. It feels like they’re deliberately stalling the withdrawal until I give up.
I’ve already filed a complaint through www.kpvfaw.com’s complaint center and plan to escalate to other platforms (Casinomeister, Trustpilot, Reddit, etc.) if this isn’t resolved soon.
Just a warning to others: be careful with Winz.io. They’re adding fake steps to stall payouts, and they won’t even back up their demands with their own policy.
If anyone else had a similar issue or managed to get paid after this kind of behavior, I’d really appreciate your input.
