I have now managed to get all my SEK 25,000 from Betmaster. Incredible !! What a journey this has been. Started a Crypto wallet at Coinbase got paid in BTC which I converted to Euro and then took out to Paypal to then transfer them from there to my account.

Hope it works out for the rest of you too. This has been a difficult month to say the least. But they did the right thing in the end anyway.

Anyways, it only confirms my advice that I often give to players dealing with various complaints. I always say that if the casino communicates with you and doesn't deny your right to get the money that you won, you should always follow their instructions. At the end of the day, you'll probably get your money, which is what matters the most. Then you can decide if you consider their processes as OK or if you just prefer to close your account and play elsewhere. If you decide to close your account, it's always better to close it with the money in your pocket ??

Glad you are not sitting alone in this tragic boat. Sits with a balance of circus 22,000 sec and has enormous difficulties getting these out. Tested with everything in the form of withdrawals via mastercard, started up a new account with nordea when the support said that it was Swedbank (my main bank) that failed. Until I finally got the opportunity to make a deposit via crypto to then be able to withdraw my total balance in cryptocurrency. Have been sitting for 5 days so far when their so-called specialists will get their thumbs out and open up so I can make this withdrawal. How long did you have to wait? Is there anything you can do to make this go faster?

Hello I played for months on betmaster there was always a problem or the withdrawal button was blocked or there were always problems ... Hm, I don't think you can do that automatically, but maybe the casino will suggest this to you. You can ask for the standard withdrawal back to your bank and wait. If you start facing some issues, you can ask the casino if it would be more comfortable to send it using cryptocurrencies.

From my experience with sports betting, the withdrawel process is always hard. The casinos/bookmakers are just trying to make it as painfull as possible for the customer to withdraw their money, hoping they will leave it in their account and lose it later on. It is a dirty way of making money, but it seems to work for them, otherwise they wouldn't do it like that. In my experience if you keep the pressure on them, and keep contacting them through live chat, calling or sending emails you will be able to withdraw your money in the end.

Honestly, not all the casinos do it and we noted many cases in recent months where casinos actually want to process the withdrawal, but they have issues with their payment processors. For example the casinos don't have any license or they have the license from Curacao, but they accept players from the UK. When the UK player requests a withdrawal, they send the money, but the player's bank doesn't accept it, because they don't want to accept money from casinos that don't have the UK license etc.

If you play in a well known casinos that is even licensed in your country, you won't face these issues.

Daniel, how do you experience that with Bet365. I have played a lot on Bet365, they are a well known, if not the biggest bookmaker. They do everything in their power to make the withdrawel process hard. Not saying all of the bookmakers do, but I think most of the bookmakers will make it hard for you. But never impossible ?? They are obligated to pay you after all.

But the withdraw went succesfully. But today im not able to withdraw again. They turned the withdraw bottom off. I had like 3k and 2k was day limit. So it looks looks like they want me to spend the 1k thats left. Lol

Buongiorno vi scrivo perché ho problemi con il prelievo sul sito betmaster , sono una settimana che provo a prelevare ma mi inoltrano sempre il solito messaggio sul cellulare "Non siamo stati in grado di prelevare i suoi fondi dall’account di Betmaster. Per favore riprova nuovamente o contatta il support se il problema persiste." Li ho contattati tramite chat al servizio clienti e la loro risposta è che hanno problemi con il provaider.. più di una settimana, poi da quando hanno cambiato gestione di pagamento da reinvent ltd ( che dopo 4 giorni accreditava le vincite sulla carta ) a card2card succedono cose strane, appena fai il prelievo i soldi ti vengono accreditati in maniera immediata sul conto corrente dove è appoggiata la carta di credito poi dopo 3 giorni i soldi passano dal conto alla carta ma all’estratto conto mensile non ci sono.. mi potete aiutare ? Ce modo di cambiare metodo di prelievo e farmeli accreditare sulla Postpay Mastercard., ho ancora 400 euro da prelevare. Grazie attendo risposta
