Hi, I've had so many problems too. What VIP level are you at? If you're at level 0, you can only withdraw €600 a day. If you're at level 1 or 2, you can withdraw €700 a day. A tip: withdraw €600 and then the €400 after those €600 have arrived. I also had two withdrawals at once, but they immediately rejected it.

Als tipp, lass dir 600 Euro auszahlen und dann die 400 Euro nachdem diese 600 bei dir ankamen. Ich hatte auch 2 Auszahlungen auf einmal, das haben die sofort abgelehnt.

And the proof of the deposit has to be there; the amount, IBAN, and name have to be clearly visible. Ask the chat there; they'll tell you and actually give you an example image.
