This is my first post here and looking for some advice.
I have been gambling on Mystake since January 2025 from UK. I am verified as confirmed on the website, proof of identity and mail verification. I’ve made numerous deposits and had successful withdrawals using SEPA bank transfer.
On the 23rdMarch 2025 I had winnings of Euro 15,000 and tried to withdraw but got rejected. On the same day I got an email saying my withdrawal was not successful, in order to withdraw funds I must send in a video selfie verification showing name, date, username and website name. I done this straight away and once it was received they said the relevant team will be in touch.
I waited a week and sent an email saying I still cannot withdraw after sending a verification video. The reply was we have received the video selfie and once it has been approved the relevant team will be in contact.
It will be two weeks tomorrow and I will be sending another email to ask if it’s been approved.
While my withdrawals have been blocked I can still deposit a place bets. I’ve been lucky and my balance is now 22,000 euros. It could have easily gone the other way and lost everything.
Is this normal for Casinos to ask for more verification and will this be a long procedure to get the winnings withdrawn? Is it a good idea to keep pestering them every week for updates?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I guess I'll start with your question and whether it is normal for the casino to ask for more proof for verification, yes it is, you won quite a large amount so I wouldn't be surprised if you are also subject to some kind of check from the game provider or casino. I don't know how long it might take, I thought the casino would make that clear or you could look up how long an investigation takes if it's in their Terms and Conditions. I'd certainly ask for an update if I were you and I think you're pretty patient.

It was two weeks yesterday and I emailed them last night and got a reply this morning saying the usual " we understand your concern but we will be in touch as soon as it’s verified" then a few hours later I got another email saying that I have been confirmed as verified. I was quite surprised as I thought this was going to drag on forever. I can now withdraw and I have withdrawn 7500 euros (which is the weekly limit) but it is still processing . This was done 6 hours ago but usually takes a day to get confirmed.
It was sports betting I won the money on . HT in play goals on football matches.
