Yes, it's been 15 days now for me too, and nothing's happened. I'm repeatedly told in live chat and via email that my request is being prioritized and that there are delays. It's the same thing every day. Day after day, I'm just kept waiting and put off.

I see that there are more complaints open against the casino, so if the casino does not react and pay the players again, the safety index will fall even lower. I disagree. I completed a complaints form and the casino did ask for time to review and then never came back to respond. This happened twice. It's a delay tactic that's all. I still have not been paid nevermind a response after they requested it with Casino Guru. They thieves and it does my head in that they don't have a lower rating. They should not be able to operate in my opinion.

I think the player is on the same wavelength as you, because he didn't get paid either. 

I saw that they did not respond to you and therefore not to us, which led to the complaint being closed as unresolved, for which the casino received black points.

In any similar situation, even if the casino does not respond, it is a good idea to file a complaint, because that way the players can warn each other and the safety index will only go down. Surely if a player wants to play somewhere and looks at the forum, user reviews and complaints, he will learn that the players have a problem and the casino does not care to solve it.

If you want the player to be notified (for the future) about your message, the best way is to use the "reply" button, unfortunately such "tagging" is not very helpful on our forum. But I just wanted to give you a tip.
