Depozit nije uspeo, iznos je skinut sa mog bankovnog ra?una.
Bio sam u kontaktu sa kazinom nekoliko puta. Razgovarao sam sa 6 razli?itih ljudi, svaki put od po?etka.
Jedan ka?e da ?e me finansijsko odeljenje kontaktirati. Drugi ka?e da ?e novac biti na mom bankovnom ra?unu za 2 dana. Tre?i ka?e da je depozit obra?en, da nema problema. ?etvrti se izvinjava zbog problema i da bi novac trebalo da bude vra?en.
Pro?lo je 7 dana, a ja jo? uvek ne znam gde su mi pare.
Sada stvarno ne znam kako da ovo re?im.

Deposit failed, amound booked away from my bank account.
Have been in touch with casino several times. Have talked to 6 different people, every time from start.
One says finance department will contact me. Other says money will be on my bank account in 2 days. Third says deposit was processed, no issue. Forth apologies for the issue and money should be credited back.
7 days has passed and I still have no idea where my money is.
I really dont know how to resolve this now.
