This is absolutely abysmal they keep harrassing me all the time few weeks ago I had an issue with free spins that I could not play because the game couldn't open.Now they have closed my account this nothing but pure scam.

I requested 10cric on 19 march 2023 to refund my Deposit of INR2000 back to original deposit source in email.
They wanted to verify my account and asked me to send my Address proof and selfie with pancard.
I sent them the required documents.
I had already submitted all my verification documents when I opened this account few years back.
I had been able to deposit and withdraw funds from my 10cric account all these years, If my account was not verified than I wouldn't have been able to withdraw.
They are deliberately creating these stupid problems they don't need to verify my account again I had already done that a long time I ago.
It's been 3 days now since I emailed them to refund my Deposit still haven't got my deposit back neither can I login in to my Account.
