Hej, jag skickade in en uttagsbeg?ran den 7 maj 2025 p? 41 000 INR. Uttagsstatusen ?ndrades till utbetalt men pengarna krediterades fortfarande inte till bankkontot n?r jag fr?gade kundtj?nstteamet om de fortsatte att skicka kopierade och klistrade sms och de kunde inte l?sa problemet.
I deras plattform sa de att om uttaget inte krediterats inom 24 timmar bad de att kontakta kundtj?nstteamet, men kundtj?nstteamet har bara det svar de ger varje g?ng jag fr?gar om mitt uttag.
Svaret ?r "V?r finansavdelning unders?ker det, dina pengar kommer att s?ttas in snart".
F?r det mesta f?r jag samma svar, de vill inte ta itu med kundens problem, de vill helt enkelt skicka upprepade meddelanden hela tiden och ignorera kunden utan att vidta n?gra ?tg?rder.
Jag beh?ver ett korrekt svar och mina uttagspengar.
Jag kontaktade ?ven supportteamet via e-post f?r tv? dagar sedan, de svarade inte.
Det verkar som att de avsiktligt h?ll kvar kundernas pengar.

Detta ?r ett verkligt problem som man har haft de senaste fyra dagarna.
Hi, I have submitted the withdrawal request on May 7th 2025 for the amount of 41000 INR, the withdrawal status changed to paidout but still money not credited to bank account when I asked the customer service team they were keep on sending the copy paste texts messages and they were not able to resolve the issue.
In their platform they said if withdrawal not credited in 24 hours they asked to contact the customer service team but customer service team is having only answer they tell every time when I enquire about my withdrawal.
That response is "Our financial department is looking into it yourfunds will be deposited soon".
Most of the times I'm getting the same answer they don't want to address the customer issues they simply wanted to send repeated messages all the time and ignoring the customer without taking any action
I need a proper response and my withdrawal money.
I have also contacted the support team through the email 2 days ago they were not responding
Seems like they were intensionally holding the customer funds.
I need justice for my money
I have necessary evidences
This is true issue facing with for the past 4 days
