Jag l?mnar in ett formellt klagom?l mot Celsius Casino, som p?st?r sig driva verksamheten under Cura?ao-licensen 365/JAZ, som p?st?s ha utf?rdats av Gaming Services Provider NV.
Jag har kontaktat Antillephone NV, och de bekr?ftade att licenser som 365/JAZ, 8048/JAZ och liknande upph?rde att g?lla 2024. Trots detta forts?tter Celsius Casino att offentligt visa upp denna licens, vilket jag anser ?r vilseledande och potentiellt bedr?gligt.
Ut?ver detta ?r casinot f?r n?rvarande skyldigt mig totalt 49,957424 BNB (~€27 886,23) i spelarvinster. De v?grar att till?ta fullt uttag och h?vdar att klausul 9.6 i deras villkor g?ller.
Klausul 9.6 anger dock tydligt att det m?natliga uttagstaket endast g?ller om spelarens saldo ?r 10 g?nger st?rre ?n det totala ins?ttningsbeloppet. Jag satte in totalt 12,118898 BNB den 14 juni 2025, och mitt saldo ?versteg aldrig 10x-gr?nsen (121,18 BNB).
Trots detta begr?nsar Celsius Casino mig till 1 250 euro per vecka och s?ger att det tar 26 veckor att f? hela beloppet. Detta ?r helt klart en felaktig tolkning av deras egna regler och en oacceptabel f?rsening.

Hello,
I am submitting a formal complaint against Celsius Casino, which claims to operate under Cura?ao license 365/JAZ, allegedly issued by Gaming Services Provider N.V.
I have contacted Antillephone N.V., and they confirmed that licenses such as 365/JAZ, 8048/JAZ, and similar were terminated in 2024. Despite this, Celsius Casino continues to publicly display this license, which I believe is misleading and potentially fraudulent.
In addition to this, the casino currently owes me a total of 49.957424 BNB (~€27,886.23) in player winnings. They refuse to allow full withdrawal, claiming clause 9.6 in their Terms applies.
However, clause 9.6 clearly states that the monthly withdrawal cap applies only if the player’s balance is 10x greater than the total amount of deposits. I deposited a total of 12.118898 BNB on June 14, 2025, and my balance never exceeded the 10x threshold (121.18 BNB).
Despite this, Celsius Casino is limiting me to €1,250 per week, saying it will take 26 weeks to receive the full amount. This is clearly an abusive interpretation of their own rules and an unacceptable delay.
