Tyv?rr har ni inte kunnat hantera n?gra av mina klagom?l och det ?r h?g tid att ni har kommit med n?got konstruktivt svar. Detta har nu lett till en eskalering av klagom?let och jag har nu l?mnat in ?rendet till spelkommissionen och l?mpliga r?ttsliga myndigheter f?r att l?sa problemen och ?ven se till att ni inte l?ngre kan bedriva verksamhet, eftersom det ?r uppenbart att ni inte kan sk?ta verksamheten p? r?tt s?tt.
Alla p?st?enden nedan har f?rblivit obesvarade i ?ver tv? m?nader nu. De ?r alla faktabaserade och kommer att tillhandah?llas som bevis om ni till?ter att detta klagom?l forts?tter.
Klagom?l enligt f?ljande
1. S?nkte uttagsgr?nserna n?r jag hade ett h?gt saldo. F?r att begr?nsa uttagen minskade ni mitt dagliga belopp fr?n 5 000 pund till 1 500 pund. Detta trots att ni h?jde min VIP-niv?, vilket som ett incitament tydligt anger h?jda uttagsgr?nser, s?nkte ni min.
2. Vid uttag som tog mer ?n 5 dagar skrev jag vidare och bad om att mitt konto skulle st?ngas. Detta skickades via Live Help och ?ven genom detta supportmejl, eftersom er webbplats inte erbjuder n?gon kontost?ngning utan skriftligt svar. Jag fr?gade tydligt i Live Help vid denna tidpunkt om detta skulle p?verka mitt saldo f?r uttag, som vid den tidpunkten var 36 500 £. Jag fick veta att jag inte gjorde det, men jag var mycket tveksam eftersom ni vid ett flertal tillf?llen har misslyckats med att svara p? klagom?l p? ett tillfredsst?llande s?tt. Jag gjorde det mycket tydligt f?r r?dgivaren att jag var uppenbarligen missn?jd och ville att mina vinster skulle betalas ut och att mitt konto skulle st?ngas. Detta h?nde inte.
3. Verifieringen kom sedan till mitt konto trots att detta hade slutf?rts tidigare. Jag beh?vde uppdatera min adress, s? dokumentationen skickades igen till b?de ekonomi och support @fatpirate och bekr?ftades aldrig trots att den skickades ytterligare 3 g?nger. Detta visas fortfarande inte som korrigerat.
Pass och r?kningar f?r el och vatten har ocks? skickats ?ver fem g?nger, men du har fortfarande v?grat att verifiera kontot och d?rf?r undvikit att betala slutbeloppet p? 36 500 pund.
4. Ins?ttningar och uttag har v?ckt allvarliga problem med mina bankmetoder eftersom de anv?nds mot m?nga olika delar av v?rlden och har mer ?n en g?ng tagits upp som ett allvarligt bedr?gerianm?lan av bankmyndigheterna. Jag har ocks? tagit upp minst 11 g?nger skillnaden mellan uttag och ins?ttningar, belopp som antingen till?mpas eller dras fr?n kontot matchar aldrig det belopp som alltid anges nedan, och jag har f?rlorat en avsev?rd summa pengar p? grund av detta. Det beror inte p? att banken tar ut en avgift, utan p? att ni anv?nder s? m?nga olika valutor f?r att g?ra beloppen. De matchar aldrig eller ens ?r i n?rheten av vad ni borde ha betalat ut eller tagit fr?n mitt konto i form av ins?ttningar.
Jag vill samarbeta med er f?r att l?sa detta och ?ven kr?va tillbaka de pengar som borde ha betalats in p? mitt konto genom uttagen, och jag s?ker ocks? en fullst?ndig f?rklaring till varf?r detta har till?tits h?nda och varf?r det har tagit s? l?ng tid att ?tg?rda det. Jag har l?mnat in detta till mina advokater som ocks? f?rbereder ett juridiskt dokument som ska skickas till er, och ?ven spelkommissionen uppdateras om framstegen. Jag hoppas att de nedsl?ende Trustpilot-recensionerna ni har inte ?terspeglar hur ni kommer att hantera detta klagom?l och jag ger er tid till slutet av denna vecka (24 maj) att ge ett utt?mmande svar och hur ni kommer att ?tg?rda detta.

Unfortunately you have been unable to manage any of my complaints and you are long overdue with providing any constructive response, this has now led to an escalation in this complaint and that I have now filed the issue with the gaming commission and the appropriate legal authorities to resolve the issues and also look at making sure you are unable to trade any longer as it is clear you cant manage the business appropriately.
All the statements listed below have remained unanswered now for over 2 months, they are all factual, and will be provided as evidence should you allow this complaint to continue.
Complaints as follows
1. Reduced withdrawal limits when I held a high balance to limit the withdrawals you reduced my daily amount from £5000 to £1500, this was despite you increasing my VIP level which as an incentive clearly states increased withdrawal limits, you lowered mine.
2. On withdrawals taking in excess of over 5 days, I wrote further and asked for my account to be closed, this was sent via Live Help and also through this support email, as your site offers no closure of account, without writing. I clearly asked in the Live Help at this time would this affect my balance for withdrawal which at the time was £36,500, I was informed not, but I was very hesitant as you have failed on a number of occasions to respond to any complaint in a satisfactory manner. I made it very clear to the advisor that I was clearly unhappy and wanted the payout of my winnings and my account closed. This didn't happen.
3. Verification then arrived on my account despite this being completed previously, I needed to update my address, so documentation was sent again to both finances and support @fatpirate and never acknowledged despite being sent a further 3 times, this is still not showing as corrected.
Passport and utility bills have also been sent over 5 times yet you have still refused to verify the account and therefore avoided paying the balance at the time of £36,500.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals have raised severe concerns with my banking methods as they are taken against many different parts of the world and have been raised more than once as a serious fraud complaint by the banking authorities. Also I have raised on no less than 11 times the difference between withdrawals and deposits amounts that are either applied or taken from account never match the amount that is stated always under and I have lost a considerable amount of money from this, it is not from the bank taking a charge it is because you use so many different currencies to make the amounts they are never matching or even close to what you should have paid out or taken from my account in the form of deposits.
I want to work with you to resolve this and also seek back the funds that should have been paid into my account through the withdrawals, and also I am seeking full explanations as to why this has been allowed to happened also why its taken so long to be rectified. I have filed this with my solicitors who are also preparing a legal document to issue to you and also the gaming commission are being updated on the progress. I hope that the disappointing Trustpilot reviews you have arent a reflection of how you will handle this complaint and I give you to the end of this week (24th May) to provide a comprehensive response and how you will rectify this.
