I’m not sure, i haven’t spoke to them, but I raised it with my bank, after 45 days I asked them what happened, and they said that the merchant rejected the chargeback

Sj?lvklart kan handlaren v?gra ?terkravet, men om det finns sk?l forts?tter banken med klagom?let och ?ven om banken inte godk?nner det debiteras handlaren f?r transaktionerna om han inte bevisar att han har tillhandah?llit varorna eller tj?nsterna. Han kanske har l?mnat falska fakturor, men banken var tvungen och m?ste informera dig om detta.
