I mitt klagom?l har de tagit upp att handlarna maskerade sin kod om de inte anv?nde 7995, men det skulle de inte kunna uppt?cka.
Och att jag borde ha l?mnat in ytterligare bevis p? att jag f?rst kontaktat ?terf?rs?ljarna, men de bad mig aldrig att g?ra det n?r jag kontaktade dem. Och nu s?ger de att det har g?tt ?ver ett ?r och att jag inte kan g?ra n?gonting.
Jag skulle vilja svara dem innan jag g?r till FOS. Handlarna har uppenbarligen brutit mot Mastercard-koden, borde inte NatWest ha gjort mer och bett mig om mer information? N?gra f?rslag h?r?
Natwest has rejected my complaint, where they just rejected my chargeback (although technically they only mentioned one of them in their rejection emails).
Back then they said my chargebacks were fradudelent or indicating it, and I just stopped as I was too scared to do anything about it.
They have in my complaint addressed that the merchants disguised their code if they didnt use 7995, but they wouldnt be able to detect that.
And that I should have submitted further proof of contacting the retailers first, but they never asked me to do this when I contacted them. And they are now saying as it's been over a year, I can't do anything.
I would like to respond to them, before I go to FOS. The merchants have obviously breached the mastercard code, shouldn't have Natwest done more and asked me for more information? Any suggestions here?
