No, they didn't explain the situation. It's a really bad situation when a casino asks for a document that they can't provide to avoid paying out. They are probably trying to avoid their obligations this way.

Hi, first of all I would say that it is not the best thing to cancel withdrawals all the time because it extends the length of time you should get the money.

However, when was the last time you made a withdrawal? Are you withdrawing using the same method you used to deposit? Did you ask the casino why your withdrawal was still pending and how long you are waiting? Sometimes you have to be a bit patient until the withdrawal is approved if it was, for example, the first one or if the casino asks for some documents for verification. None of this was necessary?

Thank you for your reply, it is clear to me that the casino is not communicating with you yet, which would not be pleasant for me either. We give casinos 14 days to sort out everything that is necessary to withdraw and if they ignore you and you don't have the money by then, then we would try to help you if you opened a complaint with us. But by all means don't cancel the withdrawal you have now because the time I mentioned is counted from the time you make it. If you haven't heard anything new and still see it as pending and the casino hasn't responded, feel free to get in touch again. If you don't need the documents and you don't have to go through the verification process, that's fine, casinos don't always do it the first time you make a withdrawal and you can go through the process later. 

I would also recommend not to gamble with your money and wait until everything is sorted out.
