Hello!

I should get 25% live casino cashback (on every monday get every player, who is request in chat/e-mail), but "administrator decided", i cant get any bonuses in the futute! (no any details)

Well, but i have got similar platforms, where i can use any bonuses, but now im fustrated and i wont play anywhere after this!

I didnt cheat, or any "wrongdoing", just lost about 4000 EUR in 3 months!

I know, they can decide without any explainison, but... you know a bit interesting!

Yes, I completely understand and I would be frustrated as well. If I wanted to use the bonuses and they denied me access everywhere, i.e. within the same group, I would be upset. I know this can happen when players take bonuses frequently and basically focus on them. I don't know what your case is, but it doesn't have to be exclusively what I'm mentioning. 

Anyway, if you want to use bonuses it will probably have to be elsewhere.??

And the casino didn't tell you anything more about it? I know this happens a lot, but it's mostly in cases where players only take bonuses and deposit a little. I don't know if that was your case, but anyway, if you have enough points left, that's sad.

I tried to close my account in this place by they refused to close it. Yes you read it correct.


They claimed there is not such profile ?? When I confronted them with a screen from my account....they sent me email back accusing me of having a gambling obsession.


I was like wtf? I have rarely played there because its a shitty casino, I literally said to them look at my account, I had made only TWO 20 e deposits past month. AND THEY ACCUSE ME OF HAVING GAMBLING OBSESSION AND BECAUSE OF THIS REFUSE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!?!?!?.

I have no words....I don't know what to say or do. I have never met a casino that refuses to close an account.

Honestly, I do not follow the casino logic either; 40€ is, in my opinion, very far away from "obsession."

I do not recommend using this platform at all. When your balance decreases and you try to use the bonus, they always interrupt your games and push you to make a deposit, even though you still have enough balance.

Many games are unavailable.

I will never return to them again.

I left the place as well for many reason but this was the final straw.


Absolutely horrible to play in there.

They try to force you to make deposits all the time. AND THE STUPID PART? It cancels all autoplay, and you have to like click it away everytime, and you many times accidentally click the "deposit" button that they offer and then you go out of the game too.



MY GOD ! Are they this desperate? Terrible place
