Som jag skrev i den andra tr?den b?rjar situationen bli riktigt desperat.
Det var bara i onsdags under ett samtal fokuserat p? komplicerade spelarfr?gor n?r mina kollegor n?mnde den ?kande trenden med s?dana massiva gruppkampanjer och kasinons of?rm?ga att s?kerst?lla att beroende spelare utesluts fr?n e-postkampanjer n?r deras konton har st?ngts p? grund av missbruk.
Vi var ?verens om att en s?dan situation ?r besv?rlig och b?r undvikas. Men det finns alltid n?gon hake. Vi tror att vi bara kan f?rs?ka hj?lpa om s?dana e-postmeddelanden skickas fr?n den officiella casino-e-posten, inte via affiliate-partners eller kampanjpartners. Tredje parter, trots hur det kan l?ta, ?r utom v?r r?ckh?ll.
Jag kan f?rest?lla mig att samma sak kan h?nda med m?nga fler tidigare st?ngda konton; det spelar ingen roll om missbruken var inblandade eller inte. Dessutom har jag redan h?rt att s?dana konton i m?nga fall inte har st?ngts helt tekniskt. Precis som du sa, "under granskning" eller n?got liknande.
N?r det g?ller e-postlistorna kan det kanske leda till n?got att fr?ga den lokala myndigheten som ?vervakar efterlevnaden av GDPR.
Skicka g?rna in ett klagom?l om det i alla fall. Enligt min ?sikt ?r permanent st?ngning av konto en rimlig beg?ran och kasinot b?r - inom rimliga gr?nser - agera d?refter.

As I posted in the other thread, the situation is getting really desperate.
It was just last Wednesday during a call focused on complicated player issues when my colleagues mentioned the increasing trend of such massive group promotions and casinos inability to ensure excluding addicted players from email campaigns once their accounts have been closed due to addiction.
We agreed such a situation is troublesome and should be avoided. However, there is always some catch. We believe we can try to help only if such emails are sent from the official casino email, not through affiliate partners or promo partners. Third parties, despite how it may sound, are beyond our reach.
I can imagine the same may be happening with many more previously closed accounts; it does not matter whether the addictions were involved or not. Also, I have already heard that such accounts have not been, in many cases, technically fully closed. Just as you said, "under review" or something similar.
When it comes to the mailing lists, perhaps asking the local authority overseeing GDPR compliance may lead to something.
In any case, feel free to submit a complaint about that. In my opinion, permanent account closure is a reasonable request and the casino should be - within reasonable borders - acting accordingly.
