I b?rjan av f?rra veckan vann jag pengar p? Palmslots. Tyv?rr kollade jag inte deras recensioner p? CasinoGuru f?rst. P? tisdagen (25.07) lyckades jag ta ut 2,5 000 € (jag gjorde en ins?ttning p? x10), skickade alla n?dv?ndiga dokument till KYC. Efter 24h bad de mig via e-post om ytterligare dokument fr?n mifinity, som jag skickade. Efter ytterligare 24h bad de om ytterligare ett ID-foto (det h?r var redan lite konstigt, men jag t?nkte ok, det f?rsta var kanske suddigt?).
D?refter f?rsvann kontakten fr?n deras sida. Enligt deras T&C ska betalningen behandlas inom 48 timmar, fr?n och med idag (i morgon kommer 7 dagar att passera) jag har inte f?tt n?got meddelande fr?n dem. Jag kontaktade via mejl - Tystnad. Jag har skrivit till supporten, som upprepar samma sak om och om igen, att min transaktion bearbetas och jag m?ste v?nta. N?r jag fr?gade hur l?nge jag m?ste v?nta, och vad som h?nder, eftersom tiden de deklarerar i sin T&C redan har passerat, kopplades supporten bort fr?n chatten....
Hade det inte varit f?r recensionerna, och de problem andra har haft med uttag, hade jag nog v?ntat. Men i det h?r fallet vill jag helst veta expertens ?sikt

Can you please help/advice, what should I do.
At the beginning of last week I won money at Palmslots. Unfortunately I didn't check their reviews on CasinoGuru first. On Tuesday (25.07) I managed a withdrawal of €2.5k (I made a x10 deposit wager), sent all the necessary documents to KYC. After 24h they asked me by email for additional documents from mifinity, which I sent. After another 24h they asked for an additional ID photo (This was already a bit strange, but I thought ok, maybe first one was blurry?).
After which contact from their side disappeared. According to their T&C the payment should be processed within 48hrs, as of today (Tommorow 7 days will pass) I have not received any message from them. I contacted by email - Silence. I have written to support, who repeats the same thing over and over, that my transaction is being processed, and I have to wait. When I asked how long I have to wait, and what is going on, because the time they declare in their T&C has already passed, the support disconnected from the chat....
If it wasn't for the reviews, and the problems others have had with withdrawals, I would probably have waited. But in this case, I would prefer to know the expert's opinion
