I haven't had similar experiences but I have looked at the complaints and last time a player managed to solve his problem. I'm wondering what could have taken so long if you say the withdrawal was approved. Personally, if I get advice that I have to redo the process, I will do it, but not many times. I don't see the point. What payment method do you use?
