Hello, i made a withdrawal through bank transfer for 250€ last Friday, today the status is still on being reviewed.. im worried if i will recieve my money. It takes very long and the reviews on internet making me worrie more.

This is a very curious combination of events, I'd say. Based on what you posted so far, it seems the review is not related to the KYC. I would assume that even if the payments were not due, you still need to wait for this review to be finished. I hope you don't mind me repeating the question, but it is important—do you know what kind of review that is?

For example, is it waiting for the withdrawal approval rather than a check? I suppose that would make some sense. Though the delay is significant, of course, at least the casino is honest about it.

I can see that there are several players who have problems, but most of them have problems with the withdrawal and you have issues with the bonus. I wanted to ask you why they didn't tell you what's going on and won't give you the bonus, but I see that if they leave the conversation they probably didn't say much. Did you also try sending them an email saying you wanted to know the explanation? Sometimes it happens that a casino sends a promotion to a player and they end up being told when they go to claim it that they are not entitled to it. This is also quite sad so I wanted to know if this is not the same situation. 

But obviously if customer support was like that, I wouldn't even ask them anything, I just wouldn't play here.
