As I just mentioned to fabio221963, there are obvious delays of payments in more cases now and withdrawals are probably delayed also via different payment systems. I understand that it's annoying, but I wouldn't worry so much, since this casino has a perfect reputation. I recommend standing it out and being patient for now and wait to Kristina's answer.

Hi there,
I believe that players are alerted already. It's just that with each complaint raised the casino has to spend more time debating with us about the delay, instead of solving issues, so I mentioned, that submitting a complaint will not speed up the process. ?? It's a good thing to do, but it seems that the casino is experiencing a bigger issue of a technical sort, so it is not an act of dishonesty.
I truly hope that it will get better soon.
