Jag f?rst?r av de st?ngda recensionerna att fallet inte ?r det du inte kan st?dja med. Jag skulle dock vilja ?ppna den p? CasinoGuru ocks?, f?r att sp?ra och ge en uppdatering till samma ber?rda spelare.
Den 18 september skickade jag f?ljande meddelande till [email protected] med en beg?ran om ?terbetalning, p? grund av att ins?ttningarna gjordes under p?verkan av mitt spelberoende och som leverant?r inte ?r licensierad av den nederl?ndska spelmyndigheten och Cura?aos sigill som visas p? deras hemsida indikerar ocks? detsamma, jag anser att en rimlig handling ska utf?ras av kasinooperat?ren f?r att returnera pengarna. Trots bristen p? licenser har jag dock "lyckat" lyckats s?tta in f?ljande belopp kontinuerligt.

Efter att klagom?l har v?ckts har mitt konto blockerats och jag har blivit kontaktad av kasinot f?r att forts?tta med KSA-processen och de har framg?ngsrikt tagit emot beg?rda dokument.
Ingen ytterligare korrespondens gjordes.
Min profil anger tydligt var jag kommer ifr?n, inklusive mina bankuppgifter och jag har ?ven kommit ?t mitt konto och spelat n?gra spel med VPN avst?ngt.
Jag skulle vilja f? tillbaka mina pengar och vill undvika den nederl?ndska spelmyndigheten och licensgivaren.

I understand from the closed reviews, that the case is not what you are not able to support with. However, I would like to open it on CasinoGuru as well, in order to track and give an update to the same affected players.
On 18th of September I have sent a following message to [email protected] requesting to provide a refund, due to the deposits were made under influence of my gambling addiction and as provider is not licensed by Netherlands Gaming Authority and the Cura?ao seal appearing on their website does also indicates the same, I beleave a reasonable act shall be performed by the Casino operator to return the funds. However, despite the lack of licences, I have "successfully" managed to continuously deposit the following amount.

After complaint have been raised, my account have been blocked and I have been contacted by the Casino in order to proceed with KSA process and they have successfully recievd requested documents.
No further correspondence were made.
My profile clearly states where I'm from, including my banking details and I have also accessed my account and played some games with VPN turned off.
I would like to recieve my money back, and would like to avoid the the Netherlands Gaming Authority and licensor.
