This is what they said to me^, which is just made up nonsense, they fail to talk to me further and provide and information or proof which is sad to me, on this instance I was logged out almost instantly after asking the live chat how long withdraws take normally, then upon trying to log back in it did not allow me too, then I asked chat and was told to contact support where I received the email above.
