Jag hade ett saldo p? 800 euro p? mitt konto och beg?rde ett uttag f?r mer ?n 15 dagar sedan. Trots upprepade uppf?ljningar fortsatte f?retaget att f?rs?kra mig om att betalningen skulle behandlas "n?r som helst". Men ingen betalning gjordes n?gonsin.
Pl?tsligt, och utan f?reg?ende meddelande, st?ngdes mitt konto, och n?r jag bad om en f?rklaring via livechatten fick jag bara det vaga svaret: "Enligt ledningens beslut."
Jag har inte gjort n?got som bryter mot deras villkor. Jag k?nner att jag nekas tillg?ng till mina r?ttm?tiga medel utan giltig anledning.

I had a balance of €800 in my account, and I requested a withdrawal more than 15 days ago. Despite repeated follow-ups, the company kept assuring me that the payment would be processed "any moment now." However, no payment was ever made.
Suddenly, and without prior notice, my account was closed, and when I asked for an explanation via live chat, I received only the vague response: "By decision of the management."
