Hej, min uttagstransaktion har avvisats.
Jag kontaktade supportteamet via "messenger" p? deras hemsida, efter det fick jag ett e-postmeddelande fr?n "Verification Team" f?r att skicka dokument som en repris till f?ljande e-post f?r att min KYC skulle slutf?ras.
Jag har skickat dokumenten de bad om (undantag: de ber om pass men jag ?ger inget, s? jag skickar en kopia av mitt ID-kort som inneh?ller samma information som ett pass)
Det har g?tt 4 dagar sedan dess, jag har inget svar.
Jag har inte l?ngre tillg?ng till "messenger support icon" p? deras hemsida.
Vad ska jag g?ra d?refter?
Hello, my withdraw transaction have been rejected.
I contacted the Support Team via "messenger" on their website, after that i received an email from "Verification Team" to send documents as a replay to the following email for my KYC to be completed.
I have sent the documents they asked for ( exception: they ask for passport but i don't own one, so i send a copy of my ID card which provides the same information as a passport )
It's been 4 days since then, i have no response.
I have no longer access to "messenger support icon" on their website.
What should i do next?
