I enlighet med f?retagets regler drogs vinsterna fr?n denna bonus, och kunden fick tillbaka ins?ttningsbeloppet.
Denna situation regleras i paragraf 8 i f?retagets arbetsordning:
Om kasinot av misstag krediterar ditt spelarkonto med en ins?ttning, bonus eller vinster som inte tillh?r dig, oavsett om det beror p? ett tekniskt problem, fel i vinsttabellerna, m?nskliga fel eller p? annat s?tt, beloppet och/eller vinsterna fr?n s?dan bonus eller ins?ttning f?rblir kasinots egendom och kommer att dras fr?n ditt spelarkonto. Om du har tagit ut pengar som inte tillh?r dig innan vi fick k?nnedom om felet, kommer det felaktigt utbetalda beloppet (utan att det p?verkar andra r?ttsmedel och ?tg?rder som kan vara tillg?ngliga enligt lag) att utg?ra en skuld som du har till oss. Unfortunately, due to a technical error with the bonus, the customer was credited with an incorrect winning amount that he wanted to withdraw.
In accordance with the company's rules, the winnings from this bonus were deducted, and the client received the deposit amount back.

If the Casino mistakenly credit your Player Account with a deposit, bonus or winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical issue, error in the paytables, human error or otherwise, the amount and/or the winnings from such bonus or deposit will remain the Casino property and will be deducted from your Player Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
