The fast-growing sports prediction market and only platform to offer commission-free peer-to-peer trading on sports, Novig, bolstered its team with two new senior-level appointments.
The company has announced it has hired Chris Staszak and Alex Wolf, two executives who have brought decades of broad range experience.
Joining Novig, Staszak will serve as the company's Senior Legal Counsel, Government and Regulatory Affairs.
On the other hand, Wolf assumed the important role of Chief Legal Officer.
In his role, Staszak is expected to provide strategic guidance and advice on topics such as licensing and regulatory affairs.
His deep understanding of the legal and compliance verticals will enable him to also play a major role in regulatory processes for Novig.
Equally as important, Wolf will oversee and lead the company's regulatory, legal and compliance functions.
His appointment comes at a time when Novig continues to grow its footprint, reaching more customers across the United States.
Jacob Fortinsky, Novig's CEO, shared his excitement about the latest senior-level appointments, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
"As our business grows and the legal landscape continues to evolve, Novig is investing in experienced legal leadership to ensure that we maintain a culture of compliance and continue to be a leader in integrity and responsibility," the executive explained.

He most recently served as Underdog Sports' Director and Counsel for Regulatory and Compliance.
Moreover, Staszak's career includes a Senior Counsel Role at FanDuel, as well as a Senior Investigative Counsel role with the U.S. Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction.

Wolf has a similar extensive professional background spanning from high-stakes litigation and technology to sports gaming.
