The premier esports betting platform, delivering an extensive range of events and markets that are all live streamed in high quality, Thunderpick, reaffirmed its dedication to integrity and fair play in esports by becoming the latest supporter of the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC), a leading non-profit organization that focuses on integrity and combatting manipulation and fraud in esports, established by stakeholders in the vertical.
Teaming up with ESIC, Thunderpick was designated as an ESIC Anti-Corruption Supporter.
Through the new alliance, the latter will promote integrity and fair competition in esports by providing assistance and information.
Thunderpick will collaborate with ESIC to help detect, prevent and investigate potential corruption in esports.
A focus of the partnership will be betting fraud and match manipulation, but Thunderpick will also collaborate with ESIC via real-time sharing, monitoring of suspicious betting transactions and contribute to ongoing and related investigations.
Only recently, the leading supplier of betting content, live streaming and data, BETER, bolstered its dedication to esports integrity by becoming a Tier 1 Anti-Corruption Supporter for ESIC.
After that, ESIC awarded BETER with its Gold Standard Accreditation, reaffirming the company's dedication to upholding the highest standards for its esports betting products and commitment to esports integrity.
Kelly Sanders, Thunderpick's Head of Strategy, commented: "Fair play is what makes gaming truly fun. At Thunderpick, we understand this deeply — from sponsoring global tournaments like the Thunderpick World Championship, now in its third year, to listening to our community and being gamers ourselves."
Finally, the executive outlined: "Integrity is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why it’s an honor to stand alongside ESIC as an Anti-Corruption Supporter, championing the protection of esports. Upholding fairness isn’t just important — it’s essential to the future of our industry."
Stephen Hanna, ESIC's CEO, was similarly excited and revealed that the Commission is pleased to see its Anti-Corruption Supporter list expand with the addition of Thunderpick.
"Thunderpick's commitment to maintaining high integrity standards within the global esports industry is a welcomed addition to our efforts to mitigate betting-related corruption," ESIC's CEO added.
Finally, Hanna spoke about the importance of the new collaboration, highlighting that through such efforts, ESIC strengthens monitoring capabilities and helps ensure that esports remain fair and free from manipulation.
